West Kelowna

This winery outdoor kitchen is a high quality, solid build with beautiful structural timberwork and a custom-made pizza oven from Italy! The shutter system is two-fold; the inner layer consists of panels of clear vinyl so that on windy days, the Chefs can still serve up delicious food without sacrificing the view (for the customers or the Chefs). The outer layer is heavy-duty commercial remote-controlled shutters. This outdoor kitchen will serve up pizzas on the beach for many years to come!

Constraints: 

• Construction directly beside an operational winery tasting room and cafe. Redline worked with the client to mitigate noise and construction dust during operating hours and a screening fence was also erected to hide the construction site from the patrons view.

• Tight construction schedule. Redline was there every step of the way to ensure the occupancy permit was granted in time for the grand opening on May long weekend.
