East Kelowna

This 3,000 sq ft pumphouse is a full concrete, bunker-style structure, housing the pumping station for a 180 acre vineyard & Black Mountain Irrigation District. It was designed for high volume and high pressure vineyard irrigation and filtration, with facility for future use as a fertigation station and winery water supply.

The 13’ tall structure was built into the hillside to mitigate the visual impact of an industrial building and a green roof system was installed to support vegetation coverage. The pumphouse also houses custom gantry hoisting equipment and 14” water lines.
