This project is currently under construction & located adjacent to the Kelowna Airport. Preconstruction & construction services provided by Redline Contracting for the design, development, tender & construction of two 12,000sf precast concrete light industrial buildings. This encompasses all aspects of site-related components, including site servicing/underground structures, building components, parking/landscaped areas. Preconstruction services included value engineering, fiscal & schedule oversight.
